A good deep tissue massage will also help improve circulation.

Daily exercise will help increase your circulation. Even if you just take a walk for fifteen minutes a day it will help.

If none of these help contact your medical doctor and have a thorough check up.

Yes. My little brother has that and there's a really long medical name for it. According to the doctor, it is common in persons of north European descent but found elsewhere too.
Caused him to lose a job as a roadside auto repair technician cause winters in Idaho were cold enough that his hands just wouldn't work where other guys had little or no problem. Apparently there isn't much to be done for it, but I'd have a medical checkup just the same...you situation may be different than his.
