I have always had trouble falling asleep, I lay down about 10:00 and I don't fall asleep until 11:00 or 11:30 . Well more recently I lay down at 10:00 and don't fall asleep until 1:00 or 2:00. So my questions is: If you have had similar problems, Is there anything you have done that has helped you fall asleep faster?

Yea thats how I am too and what really makes me made is my boyfreind falls asleep in like two minutes!!! But I have tried prescriptions too strong for me then my doc said try tylenol P.M and it is great! they really help you fall asleep and once you get up and get moving you are no droggy or any thing. If you like laying down at ten take two of them around 8:30 or 9:00 !!! hope this helps

I used to have to same problems as you are having. What you should do, is about an hour before you plan to lay in bed, dim the lights so that you arent in real bright light. Turn whatever noise you have in the room down a little so it isnt blaring. Dont eat sugary foods 3-4 hours before you plan to lay down. If these things dont work, I would try "melatonin". It works wonders and it's non-addicting.

Brew yourself a nice cup of chamomile tea about an hour before you lie down, and drop some lavender essential oils into a room diffuser to help you relax and calm yourself down for a peaceful night's rest ~N
