I need to loose weight and cardio type exercises for a medical condition but have arthritis in most joints and can not afford to go to a gym. the diet is one thing but I need to find suitable exercise program. Help.

I have a 10 month old I started brushing his teeth at 2 months when he got his first 2 teeth no problem's. However now 5 more teeth have erupted in one month and now when I brush his teeth he kicks,wiggles and screams. I also have a finger brush but when I use that he bites and hold down so i can't move around in his mouth. I also tried rinsing his gums with a wash cloth same reaction. Tried different flavor non-fluoride toothpaste no help I just want to do my part to ensure my son has the best chance in not receiving cavities. Any Suggestions ?

why do they tell u not to mix night quil liquid with another medication that contains acetaminophen??? will it cause overdose if i took 5 tablespoons of the liquid with only 1 500mg tablet of acetaminophen?

ok so im having a problem choosing between neutrogena visibly even products and aveeno clear complexion products..i have light to moderate acne and i have dark marks left over from past acne...bacically i want to brighten up those marks..both products claim to do the same thing so which product is better...aveeno or neutrogena...and why...thanks

So I got braces put on last week. The bottom front teeth are the only ones causing any dramas. The gum is always itchy, and it looks as if the gum line is receding, and more of the bone underneath is showing. The gum is still a pink colour, but was red a few days ago.

I have a friend who have been coughing for like months, is there any cure to it? Why will it happen? It happen normally at night and she have blocked nose first and then led to coughing non-stop. Will this be a terrbile disease? My friend is a non-smoker.

Hi I was diagnoised with Bacterial Vaginitis today. I was given a perscription of Metronidazol 250 mg tab. I am suppose to take 2 tablets by mouth 3 times daily for 7 days. That would be 1500 mg a day. It just seems like a high dose to me and I have done some reseach online an from what I can tell 1000mg a day is a normal treatment.

Thoughts??
