Cucumbers and tea bags are for the bags under your eyes, which you can also use preparation H for. Sounds gross but it works miracles. As for the circles, there are a few products on the market for that too. Try asking a health food store person or a natural medicine person first. You can always call a dermatologist or a cosmatologist too.

Cucumber and tea bags are helpful for dark circles under the
eyes and puffiness. Place plain cool tea bags or cool cucumber slices on your closed eyes for 10-15 minutes.
Compounds in tea bags tannins help in reducing swelling and
discoloration under the eyes, while cucumber slices help in
reducing puffiness.
You can try Vit K based eye cream for dark circles.
Use a proper concealer.
Take Vit C daily which can help to strengthen blood vessel
walls.

Cucumbers are for eating and
tea bags remove the puffiness of your eyes. Not much removes the dark circles under your eyes....but there is some new cream by Almay that claims too.

There are many causes of dark circles, from age, heredity, allergies, cold or sinus infection, bone structure and glasses which are not so commonly known.

If you would like to apply home remedies to reduce dark circles, here are some of my suggestions:
Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water & stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath & let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off.Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K & Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.

They may help.
Lots of rest, and water - and vitamins. Some of it is genetic.
I have been using the nutrimin c re9 regime by Arbonne and can see drastic, instant results from the eye lift, cream and serum (in the regime) I suffer from dark circles and bags.
I think it's fantastic and has really helped (ME)!

sleep Will eliminate circles and keeping your hands off your eyes will help, the circles come from rubbing your eyes when you are tired, you rub them so hard , you break capillaries which bleed under the skin which leads to bruising. stop rubbing your eyes when tired.

I'm not sure which works best. I have heard of putting teaspoons in the freezer for a few minutes, and rest those on your eyes.
SLEEP would be much more beneficial.
