you need to tell her..because its probably something that shes never noticed and its defnately something that needs taken care of. Its most likely that she just has an infection and needs to be put on medication. Also its possible she isnt cleaning herself well enough and its just a build up of stench. Not saying shes dirty or anything but some women just dont clean themselves the way they should.
