I totally understand the problem as I was there at that age as well. You need to increase your exercise. Walking or running for 30 minutes a day helps a lot. Doing that TWICE a day (rather than 60 minutes in a row) helps even more.
Instead of dieting:
Eliminate pop from your diet - drink water. Really, it makes a difference.
Measure your portions and match them to the side of the box for 1 serving.
Try to change your snacks from bags to things like fruit or 1 oz. of cheese.
Don't eliminate your treats, but you need to only have them once or twice a week instead of daily.
Be sure to have at least 3 8 oz. glasses of milk daily (milk has been found to help lose weight). Measure the milk!
You may not get there by May 26, but if you lose some, you will be less than you were!

I don't know one single teenager who is happy with their body. You need to base your weight on your height and body type. 130 might be a healty weight for you depending on how tall you are. If you're still concerned, visit your doctor and make sure there are no medical problems. If not, try to eat healthier by cutting down on pop and sweets. Take a walk a few times a week or ride your bike. Any moving around you do is better than sitting still. Hope this helps.

It's ok to get some exercise and eat right, but we are not all supermodels, not even supermodels are supermodels. There are a lot of unhealthy things they do to stay thin.
Being beautiful comes from inside, not by the pound.
Eat a well rounded diet 5 times a day. Don't try and starve it never works.
Exercise and let nature take it's course, you'll be growing soon.
Love yourself no matter how you look, we all think we don't look right, we can't be right.

what you could do is walk about 10to 15min a day. Drink plenty of water and dance to your favorite song. Eat fruit and vegetable you might not like them but they are very healthy for you. Watch your diet it will really help you. Ride you bike helps with the lower part of your body. Exercise is the key. Lots of fruits and vegetables - no sugar or sugar drinks - whole grain breads - NO PIZZA - no pasta. You have to read about diet on line there are tons of sites. It may take longer than May 26 but your will be well on your way by then

just lay off junk food and excercise... you're younge enough... you could still get away with riding your bike your climbing a tree.
but you're still too young to really diet... especialy if you only need to lose a few lbs. you're body is still growing and needs sugars and stuff.
keep in mind that you're still just begining to go through puberty... and it's very natural to plumpup a bit before you completly grow into those fun curves you're developing!!!

Hey, yeah 11 is WAY to yong to loose wait! your body is growing and you need the "extra" wait, if you are uncomfrutoble start runing or working out.

You can do a simple diet but really you are still growing. by the time you are done growing you'll probably be fine. If not then worry about it then not now.

Diet and exercise-
replace one meal every day with a protein bar (like zone) and eat small the rest of your meals. it works if you stick to it.
