There is no proven non-surgical method of making them grow. There is absolutely nothing wrong with your size!! Be happy with what you have. If you're concered about guys, most I have talked to prefer them not to be too big. Pretty much all of them say a handful is all they need! :D

What's your obsession? Is that what you see yourself as: a couple of boobs on two legs?
You need to dig under the skin and see who YOU are - not what the outside reads! What's the deal? Most women don't even move into their natural boob size until they enter into their 30's. In tenth grade, I was a mere double a. That was fine, because I was a little 15 y o girl. And little girls don't need big boobs.
Your parents need to sit down with you and have a nice long chat about developing your character and not your boobs.

There's no real sure-fire way to make sure that your breasts grow naturally, and this is the reason why so many women turn to breast augmentation and such other extreme ways to enlarge their breasts.
However, some women who take birth control pills experience breast development.
Also, make sure that you're not starving yourself, and that you eat a nutritious diet with a lot of lean proteins, fiber, vitamins, minerals, particularly Omega-3 fatty acids, and a diet that is moderate in fats.
If you want to lose weight, make sure that you are losing weight using a healthy method (i.e. no fad dieting). A healthy amount of weight to lose during the course of one week is 1/2 to 2 pounds. By losing weight slowly, it will insure that you lose no breast tissue and/or muscle mass.
Also, there are always breast enhancement pills and other supplements you can purchase either on-line or in stores, although they sound a bit sketchy to me, and results often vary. Just be sure to do your research before doing anything, and good luck!
Oh, and there's always push-up/water/padded bras to enhance the look of your chest.

are you kidding???? Your in grade 10! your not even CLOSE to being a woman. Really...grow up. your a 'b-c' right now?? ANd for what reason do you need to be a 'd' cup? Because you want to show them off? Please...try paying attention in school because your 'B' or 'C' cup boobs (which are already a nice size) are not going to pay the bills! unless you plan on being a hooker or stripper....

Impossible. Unless your body is predestined to grow that large by then by genetics it won't happen, especially if you lose weight. Your breasts can grow into your 20s. I know it feels like you "need" breasts now, but they are not going to make your life any easier, I promise. Just wait, and if you don't grow any larger, that's okay too. Consider it a blessing that your breasts won't sag to your stomach.

I think this is a lost cause. I have had b-c my whole life, thick and thin. You can't just "grow" bigger boobs unless they are genetically determined to be that way. Of course, you can always opt for silicone when you turn of age (and have $10,000)

I dont think it works that way. If you lose weight you lose breast mass. So unless you get a boob job, I highly doubt youll grow a breast size. Whats the matter with being happy with your body, the average woman is not a size 0 with a breast size of double d. Be happy in your own skin!

probably the only way other than implants is to gain weight, sorry. but i promise if you had D boobs you would think they are so overrated... I've got 'em and they are more of a burden then a blessing.
Be happy with what you've got!

The only women who "need" boobs are nursing mothers. You "want" boobs... I have never heard of boobs getting bigger when someone looses weight.
What is wrong with the boob you have? I think you should be happy to have any boobs at all ;)
