i jog 4 miles a day it take 1 hour so i jogg 4 miles an hour (this is all on my treadmill) for 2 days then take a day off then jog 2 days then off 1 thats been my routine i started out slow and have worked my way up to this routine. i warm up before i jog and i stretch both before and after. it seems when i jogg after my day off im ok but on the secound day i can really feel it in my legs like there sore ( ican feel this burn all the time,but not as bad)
Is this routine to much?
Should i do less on the secound day? or do i countinue pushing my self until i get used to this routine?
I like jogging and my long term goal is to eventually run a marathon, i dont expect to win but just to be able to do it.
