Dehydration was causing it for me, I thought I was drinking plenty of water but I guess I wasn't. Also, low blood sugar due to not eating for a while will definitely cause it too, as well as standing up to fast. There's always a possibility of an inner ear infection as well. Hope this helps. (At one point in my life, I've had experience with all of these!! LOL)

alot can cause dizziness/lightheadedness.. stress can cause it or Not eating right.. getting up too fast.. being scared can cause it or not eating at all can cause it also

there is various reasons.... do you eat three times a day? my dizziness came from me not eating three times a day, and also my ear was cloth with a lot of wax so my ear was the one giving me the problems... go talk 2 a doctor

missing a meal, low blood sugar, standing up too soon from a prone position, vertigo a number of things could cause those symptoms.

Lack of sugar in the blood stream, lack of blood or oxygen getting to the brain, possible stroke. Drink lots of water to help keep the blood moving and eat fruit.
