Easy. Ditch the Atkins diet....it's a horrible and unhealthy diet. The reason you want to eat something like oatmeal is because your body NEEDS CARBOHYDRATES!
Just focus on how many calories you consume, not so much how you consume them. Don't get me wrong, you can't go out and eat a pint of ice cream and call it dinner, but carbohydrates are not your enemy. Just focus on structuring a diet around complex carbohydrates (e.g. oatmeal, whole grain bread, etc.), lean proteins (sounds like you've got this down), and fresh vegetables.
The more balanced your diet is, the more likely you will be able to stay with it long-term and not simply go back to your old eating habits after you've hit your goal weight. I'm down to 185 from 210 in about three months and I haven't starved myself one bit. Just focus on making healthy changes to your lifestyle that are sustainable and you'll be fine. The reason that most people on the atkins diet just gain the weight back is because the diet is not sustainable and most people view it as a "diet" (i.e. once I'm done losing weight I can go back to how I used to eat). Think long term!

Forget the Atkins diet, the man that invented the diet died.
U need to eat healing foods like oatmeal, fruits, meats.
Just eat what you want and exercise and stay active.

did you read the whole diet? you are allowed foods other than meat. drink lots of water, too. these links tell you what you can eat. if you've been on the diet for 2 or more weeks, you can slowly add more carbs.

Give yourself a little break. Pick one day a week when you can have something not on the diet. Don't go overboard, but treat yourself.
You will still be on the diet for the other six days, but not constantly depriving yourself.
That way you can look forward to your "reward" once a week.
