I have a couple of moles on my neck and chest...they're not hairy or disgusting though. Is this a turn on or turn off?

I'd say that as long as you're comfortable with them, a turn-on.
If you're uncomfortable with them and try to hide them, then they become a turn-off, because they turn you off.
