imagine doing sit-ups, or crunches, with fingers laced behind the neck or head. now imagine, instead of fingers together, holding a 25-30lb dumbbell behind the neck. it's a lot harder! trouble is, i've never seen or heard of this exercise, it's kind of something i made up, though odds are that it already exists.
is this a good exercise? better abs with fewer reps? or is trying a lot of these asking for trouble? i'll wait for an answer before i work it in to my routine!
