Simple Answer
I recommend that you do the AB BOOT CAMP. (And no there is no easy way)
If you have the flat stomach, the ab boot camp can help you to bring out your abs. It isnt just crunches...its a variety of stomach and lower back exercises to show off what you've been working towards.
If you find that too difficult you can always do any of the other Middle Section workouts at the link below.
If you have a layer of fat over your belly or around it, you will need to do cardio to burn that fat!

You don't. a nice set of muscles come from hard work and dedication. I would recommend crunches, upper and lower!, many people( including myself0 make the mistake of only doing upper crunches at first.
Lay flat on your back, lift your legs into a 90 degree position, with your hand on your ears, raise your torso up, You are not going as far as a complete sit up. Remember to move your whole torso, not just your head or shoulders, ( this can cause strain on your neck, and your back.
For lower abdominal crunches, the exercise is merely revered, This time, with your legs in the same position, lay your hand down beside your body. Your going to lift your bottom up, just as you did with your torso. the lifting actions, should be controls by your abs. Don't lift to high, 2 inches - 3 is good, you don't was to damage your back.
Start with small reps, like of ten, ten upper, break, ten lower.

ok well there is no easy way in getting a six pack. u need a lot of stomach exercises and cardio. you can do crunches, leg lifts, and chinese torture for stomach exercises. situps mess up your back so i dont recomend those. but in order for your muscles to show u need to burn the fat thats around it so like jogging or walking for about an hour a day should do it. good luck. write to me if u have any questions.

i'm not sure what u recommend by employing common and person-friendly. Crunches and situps are common, yet whilst u do sufficient to be smart i wouldn't likely say they have been person-friendly. there is attempt in touch if u opt to get abs. And u will in all probability additionally choose some cardio to get the fat offa around the abs so as that they're going to practice stable. This involves working or cycling or swimming or some thing comparable and u would desire to do a number of of it.

I prefer the 12 pack myself. I just get in the car and drive to the liquor store.

Oh, you meant muscles...Ok then, you need to start doing sit ups and stomach crunches.

you wont get one without putting the effort in unless you are very lucky... you still need to do the exercises down the gym and 70% of it will be a result of a good diet.
