arthritis in the middle of my neck - what can I do to get rid of the pain - it's not severe just bothersome and always there.

I have exactly the same thing. The only thing that works for me is 400mg of ibuprofen like Motrin. Just one dose clears it up overnight.

Aspirin and Tylenol don't do anything in my case.

Take aspirin for your arthritis. Also try putting something warm on the back of your neck,something to try and relax your muscles.They also have over the counter Tylenol for arthritis u can try as well

Anti-inflammatories should help, like aspirin or motrin.
