can any one help me to give an idea to reduce weight

Haven't we learned that no-carbohydrate diets are bad for you? Haven't we also learned that once you stop the weight creeps back on? When are we all going to learn that there are no quick fixes? Good things come to those who wait and work for it. Change your life with a balanced meal and exercise. Carbohydrates are not evil, simple refined sugars are.

how do you know when you start to feel dehydrated?

When you are in public places?
Do you bounce on your feet for no reason?
I find that I can't help but do this
sometimes it gets so bad that I have trouble stopping myself
I annoy everyone else
I shake dandruff on them
They curse at me and look at me weird
They ask "What's wrong with you man?"
I tell them "I can't help it"

I'm a bouncer XD

I know that Thyroid medication includes Tyrosine in it, and when I take Tyrosine, my fatigue is gone...but I have had my TSH, T3 and T4 checked and they all seem normal. Here are the results:
TSH= 1.65
Free T3= 3.23
Free T4= 1.45

Now, does Tyrosine also help with Adrenal gland deficency? I know a couple of years ago, a doctor measured my Cortisol and it was low(it was 4.9 and normal range should be 5-21 in the morning) but when he prescribed cortisol, it made me feel worst, so I stopped going to him and stopped the medication....... does Tyrosine help with Adrenal glands too??? or just THyroids??
I just can't figure out why Tyrosine is making my fatigue go away...off course, in the afternoons it gives me a bad headache

I recently changed my contraceptive pill, and was wondering if the effectiveness of it against pregnancy would be affected for a short while? Is it neccessary to use additional contraception for a few months until the new pill kicks in, or will it be effective immediately?Serious and relevant answers only please, thanks x

My 3 years old has chicken pox, The spots came out 2 days ago, different literature seems to give different answers? I want to now when it is safe to take her back to nursery. When the blisters turn to scabs? (which is what i suspect), or when it has cleared up completely. I am 36 weeks pregnant and would also like to know if the virus can surive outside the body?

Some how, even though I'm very well versed in working out, I have managed to over work a muscle. I have strained my hamstring. Dont really know how, but it is in bad shape and hurts a lot. What is the best way to handle it. I dont want to have to go to the doctor for a strained muscle when all they'll do is give me a wrap and drugs to dull the pain. What is the best course of action with an overworked muscle? and, should I go ahead and wrap up my leg with an ace bandage?...and what would that do to the muscle?
Please give me your knowledge...

I haven't been the heart doctors in over 8 years. What kinda of steps would I take to get my heart checked to see If I can have kids?

I feel so guilty because I've been so horrible to a lot of people. I work for an agency and have been going to a residential home for four years now. I did a night shift and saw anote quibbling about 5 minutes extra that I put down on my time sheet. This angered me because I have done a lot extra for them eg: staying past my finishing time. In response to this I wrote **** off in the communication book, told them that they were petty bastards and wrote get lost. I also put that I'd never be coming there for a shift again. I'm just depressed and need to take it out on someone. All the staff hate me and I know what i've done is wrong. I just feel so anxious and depressed and I know proberbly a lot of people are going through the same thing. I just feel very ill at ease socially and it's making my mood very low and imparing my concentration and my performance at work. I have started a course of anti depressants about a week ago. Any advice or thoughts would be appreciated.

Does a doctor have to order this for me, or can I just go to a lab somewhere or in a hospital and ask to have one done? Thanks.
