When you are in public places?
Do you bounce on your feet for no reason?
I find that I can't help but do this
sometimes it gets so bad that I have trouble stopping myself
I annoy everyone else
I shake dandruff on them
They curse at me and look at me weird
They ask "What's wrong with you man?"
I tell them "I can't help it"

I'm a bouncer XD

Dandruff??? Get yourself some Head & Shoulders.

Bouncing is more often a sign of hyperactivity or nervousness than anything else. Make an appointment with your doctor and get a full physical and maybe a referral to a mental health professional.

Hah ... well, the dandruff part is easily corrected with a bottle of dandruff shampoo. ;) As for the rest, I can't help you there. I tend to shake my leg a lot when I'm sitting. I can't sit still sometimes, so I shake my leg on the floor, or when it's crossed over my other leg. or I play with my hair or something.
Just nervous habits I guess.
