Artifical transfat is also bad for you

There is a tiny bit of real transfat in red meat

Nutra Systems, most of it tastes bad
at least WW is better tasting food

Life change is portion control you need 4 oz of steak, not 24 oz

Quick fix actually worked for me...I starved myself and lost 30lbs 2 years ago. I haven't gained any weight back ever since. Quick fix would work if you are determined. Anything is possible when you put your mind to it.
