-breakfast: 2 pieces white toast, butter(lowfat),skim milk
-lunch: peanut butter sandwich on 2 pieces of white bread, i individual bag of chetos chips, carrots and grapes, and a diet soda
-dinner: i actually dont know what to have for dinner! any ideas of easy things.
_EXCERCISE_
-run 3 miles
-100 situps
-arm weights for 20 minuets.
IS THIS GOOD?
HOW COULD I MAKE IT BETTER?
WILL I LOSE WIEGHT LIKE THIS?
oh and i do drink 9 glasses of water too. =>
