It all depends on the injury and the place where it happens, best thing is to ignore it if it is not too much, give them a warning if it is a little too much than not too much, give it back to them if it goes beyond too much (that is if you can), or make it obvious to others whom they are scared off that they hurt you.

If the pain is serious or anyway abusive, tell your parents. Otherwise, avoid these jokers! Lock your door! Don't let them see how they get to you. Shrug it off; even laugh it off, although you'd like to crack 'em over the head with blount objects! Is this just simple simbling rivalry we are discussing? They'll grow out of a lot of it shortly, and you'll have a lot of laughs to remember! A good way to overcome physical pain is with yoga. Sometimes I go for a walk, to get past the pain. Sometimes I take an Advil and get a good nap! A good hot bath can rock your world! Put on some music, eat some ice cream, pat the dog, read, do anything that is a good distraction. For real answers and hope, read the Bible and let God apply His healing words to your heart. Keep the faith, kid!

no help with the syblings - I hybernate
Much pain is from muscles below is an example of what may help (based on headaches).
Begin with a couple swigs of molasses or a couple of bananas daily - magnesium (which regulates many things in the body) and potassium (a needed building block for muscles).
Drink at least 1/2 gallons of water per day. Running a body low on water is like running a car low on oil is the analogy the head of neurology at UCDavis told my husband about 10 years ago.
Now to the cause - muscles - your back, neck shoulders and head have tender spots. They are knots in the fibers of the muscles called trigger points. It makes the muscles tight which makes them press on nerves and other things causing the pain.
The cure - start with a professional massage, you will also want to go back over any place you can get to 6-12 times per session up to 6 times per day rubbing (or lightly scratching on your head) every where that is tender until the knots go away. The place where the skull connects to the spine press up under the edge of the skull (to get to those muscles).
For more information read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. It teaches what to do and where the pain comes from.

If it is physical pain, like he kicked your shin, do take a Tylenol or some other Pain Reliever. If it is emotional pain, then you need to learn ways to cope, perhaps your Parents can help, or you may need a counselor in order to develop some skills to live with your siblings. Talk it out with your Parents first.

Just ignore them, even if it hurts. They want to see you in pain, and if you don't react they will get bored. Also, (this is what I do with my brother), tell them if they hurt you you will do the same thing to them twice as hard, and follow through with it.

If it is physical pain, I go to my doctor to find out what is causing it and what to do to rectify it.
If it is emotional pain inflicted by siblings, I would talk with my parents.
