Tell her to Stay away from bad fat! Even though weight gain is your goal, you don't want to be gaining fat and eating junk. Get rid of the chips and candy. No more fast food, nothing fried. Stick to high protein, low (saturated) fat foods like tuna fish (and other seafood), chicken breast, turkey, lean meats, rice, pasta, fruits and vegetables, nuts, flax seed oil, etc. - Track your progress! Weighing yourself once a week is extremely important, but so is figuring out if the weight you are gaining is muscle or fat. In order to know this information, you need to also track your body fat percentage!
- WATER! Drink water! Drink around a half gallon a day, more if you can. Yes that's a lot of water, but it's that water that will give you the energy you need to gain that weight!
- Sleep! YES! Sleep! The easiest, yet most over looked step. Get at least 8 hours of sleep a night. You're gonna need it!
Now the concern some people have about how to gain weight, is how to do it without putting on extra fat. Let me tell you how, YOU CAN'T! Unless you are using steroids, it is basically impossible to gain weight without putting on a little bit of extra fat. But hey, you want to see some weight gain right? Well then who cares about the little bit of extra fat you might put on while gaining. You will be able to burn that off later on, right now gaining is your main concern, so that is all you need to worry about.

Lots of protein and dairy, the protein will help her get muscle, and the dairy is healthy but has a good bit of fat. Work out a bit but not too much to build muscle. Also ask a doctor or dietian.

AdvoCare Products work! visit my webpage www.advocare.com/0701761. I would first start off with a mild Herbal cleanse to rid the body of toxins and start with a clean plate. Then I would start her on Muscle Gain to feed her muscles and strengthen her body. I would also suggest taking Muscle Strength.

Some people's body types are slimmer and trimmer than others. As long as she maintains a healthy diet and exercise regimen, she should be fine. If she does want to gain weight, encourage her to speak with her doctors, and ask them for their advice. As long as she gains healthy weight (not fatty weight), she should be all right!

Maybe she pukes after she eats like anorexic or bulimic. if this is so, talk to her doctor hand help her stop doing this to herself.if not i don't know she might have an under active pituitary gland or something that speeds up the metabolism. Or maybe she just is naturally thin!

she should engage less in activities that will make her burn calories cos as it is her metabolic rate is very fast, i.e naturally she burns whatever she eats easily, and probably take some B compex tabs that will boost her apetite to eat more than usual and lastly should think less cos people that think too much are liable to loss weight easily.Good luck!
