I have pain in my right testicle for a couple of days now. I don't know what triggered this pain (I guess it's the equal to the pain of menstration cramps?), as I have checked my testicles, it seem my right testicle is not "hanging" as it would have. Please advise

just as im falling asleep i sometimes get this horrible feeling like im sinking it feels like dying n i try 2 move and wake myself up but i cant move its like im being held down and im convinced if i dont get up im going to die.I also wake up and cant breathe and i also see things in my bedroom that are not their like spiders and i also scream in the middle of the night and dont know ive done it what is this?

On the table are two job offers.

One is in San Francisco where the cost of living is high, there will be a substantial commute, and the pay will be good, but somewhat less than the other offer. The Bay is a new adventure, has temperate weather, nearby beaches, fresher air, etc.

The other is in Wilmington, DE where the cost of living is reasonable, the commute to work is fairly short, and the pay is somewhat more than the SF job. Wilmington is a smaller town, not a lot going on, full range of seasonal weather.

The work is similar in both locations. Long hours, semi-stressful professional job.

So...what would YOU choose, and why?

Hi there, does dental health affect your overall physical health. I have a wisdom tooth that is a little smelly and is obviously impacted and it is hard to clean because of the angle of it. I have had it for approx 5 years. I am wondering if a low burning back pain could be caused from something like this? Thanks

Hello, Well...I have been having unprotective sex, well...Feb. I had a short period that lasted 2 1/2 days. Well...I did have sex a few times when I was ovulating, and well...I took a test last week and it came up negative. Well, I haven't tested again...I feel sick tho...my bra is getting tight...I am sick at my stomach(usually at night) I've had heart burn....and I just dont feel like myself. Any ideas?? What do I do about the ex?...he wrote me a text message and told me that he did not want to go to the doctor with me...he would take a test with me....but he wants to do it on Friday morning which I have to work and I have appts that I can't reschedule...so now he wants to put it off until the next weekend...I want to get it over with...and know something for sure....he called me a whore...what do I do about him?? I am 5ft 1 and am 145lbs. I am very muscular I ride my bike walk about 3 miles each day and I lift alot so I am a muscular woman. My doctor says I need to lose 20 lbs by the way im 33yrs old. I have 40d boobs and I think alot of my weight is there.I have 30% body fat (i had it checked) what do u think I should do . My male friends think my doc is nuts and everyone says Im a small person. I could tone up a little but dont feel I should lose any weight. Doesnt muscle weigh more than fat? Help a sista out!

Last Thursday I woke up at 5 am feeling very nauseous, and finally I started dry heaving two hours later. I felt hot and cold and really bad so my boyfriend took me to the hospital. They took blood tests and gave me an IV with gravol. That seemed to help, so they sent me home not knowing what was wrong with me. The Dr suggested an inner ear problem, but its not Wednesday and I still feel really bad. I'm not as nauseous but I have diarrhea every day usually most in the morning, and my head is really dizzy and I feel light headed and weak. My head aches a lot, but the main thing is how dizzy I am. I really would like to know what this is. I dont have much of an appetite or anything and I'm starting to lose weight. Can anyone help me? Is this just the flu or something? Should I go to the doctor again?

I am scheduled for my first LEEP next week and I'm not sure what to expect. Since it is not done in my doctor's office, instead at a hospital, does that mean that I will be put under? (I hope so). Secondly, I understand that there will be some discomfort, but do they prescribe any painkillers for the day of the surgery or after? Just trying to get some info ahead of time, and figure out if i will be aware of what is happening. Any answers are appreciated. Thanks.
