What is the best exercise/workout to target this area?

I have a pretty nice stomach except the love handles. I want to target this as soon as possible and get rid of them ASAP!!! I wish there was just a pill to take. But I need to do this, but as quick as possible

Do cardio workouts to burn the fat, and ab workouts to tone the muscles under the fat so you'll have a firm/tight tummy and obliques when the fat is gone.

So I have heard, but in general you need to lose fat all over your body, you can't just target one area specifically. So try lots of cardio and ab work. You have ab type muscles on your sides as well as you lower back so doing variations of ab work outs with resistance and such should have you showing off a six pack without any extra cushion in no time!

Try doing Pilates as well... it targets mostly the core muscles (AKA: abs) but works the entire body..... I got a MTV Pilates dvd a while back at Walmart and an exercise mat and it was challenging at first but it got easier and even became fun.
Also do a lot of walking/running and drink a lot of water. Eat healthy and beer won't help much....sorry.

I would suggest running... the only way to get rid of fat is to Cardio cardio cardio!
