Mint tea or coriander tea; drop 1 tsp coriander seed in 1 c. boiling water, let it boil for 1 min and then stand for 5 min. Drink. It's really good for gas and the pain it causes.
Mint tea is good for it too; just drop a bag in a cup of water and brew like regular tea.

What you eat obviously affects how your stomach feels.
I'd suggest a nutritionist, one familiar with "alternative" treatments.
They will help find what it is you're eating, or doing, that is giving you troubles. For example, you may be slightly allergic to dairy or wheat, or maybe you have an imbalance of acid in your stomach.
Then, you can adjust your diet accordingly.

Alternatively, waste your time trying to treat the symptoms. "IBS" is a joke.

Gas comes from foods you eat. You need to change your diet if you want less gas. I'm not a nutritionist so I can tell you what to eat but your doctor could help out.

good luck.
