I know it may be nasty, but that and stretch marks are two more things that help me hate myself...has anyone tried anything for either and they've actually worked?

First try dieting and doing lots of cardio a few times a week. If that doesn't work use this cream http://www.cellulite-reduction.biz

Cellulite is a fancy name for subcutaneous fat. So no creams you smear on the outside are going to help that. You have to exercise, eat a healthy diet (lots of fruit, veg and fibre) and drink plenty of water (no sugar, no bubbles, just water!)
Stretch marks are damage in the skin caused by it being stretched too fast for it to recover, during pregnancy or extremely fast weight gain. I have some on my thighs from where I gained about 2 stone during my last semester at college. There is absolutely nothing you can do about them, not even dermabrasion helps because the damage is on a deep level.
The creams are just buying into women's fears about their image, and their need to be perfect. Change what you can and learn to accept what you can't change.

You are not alone and that is why there is so much money to be made with these so called lotions that remove stretch marks and cellulite.
