I believe this is called cubital tunnel syndrom. It is not carpal tunnel syndrome which affects your thumb, pointer and forefinger.

I had a case last year. Took anti-inflamitory, wore a brace and took Vitamin E and B6. Tingling has been gone for about 6 months. No other meds of operations. The testing is pretty cool aith large needles and electic current testing where the compression was at (mine was the elbow).
