what is wrong with me? Whenever i get bad anxiety, the right side of my face feels almost numb,,,but mostly my right eye...this has been going on for years..i had an mri done with dye, plus went to the eye doctor...nobody sees anything..is this my nerves??

i have been having occassional left chest pains, sometimes jolting with left arm/shoulder aching pain. arm and hand sometimes go slightly numb. had car accident 3 wks ago. don't know if any of this is related to that or not.. Did hit left side of head. having palpitations, sometimes skipping. shooting pain in my temples and severe neck pain causing headaches occasionally. was having chest pain with arm pain and numbness before accident. heart attack?strokes?(having memory loss), or just a pinched nerve?? do i see a cardiologist?

okay, so... i don't know if Im just being paranoid, but here it goes:
This morning I was at work (a bakery), and I rang someone up and was taking there money and got their money in my hand and I relized it had a spot of blood on it, and then I looked at there hand and it had blood on it. Not a ton of blood, but a good amount like they had a cut or something. I didn't want to be rude, the guy was really nice, so I just took his money and set it under the counter, and then immediately washed my hands, with soap and hot water. I was the only one there at the time, when the owner came in, I told her and we cleaned everything he might of touched and so on. but now I am really paranoid that I got some disease from him? Besides the usual itty, bitty cuticle/sores that everyone has, I had a paper cut on my palm. but it was from yesterday, its not really an "open sore". any way, I know its too late to do much, what would you guys do? do you think I am ok? thank you!

ok i use pads and its my first year im 13 years old and im SO scared to use tamponds also my mom buys my pads how can i explain to her i wanna were tamponds!? also im shy to talk to my mom about this stuff it usually gets gross and WEIRED! also i have a couple questions about tamponds which type hurts the least,are tamponds better than pads and um do they hurt when putting them in? also are they uncomfortable? and the first time u use them do they leak, also any sites with free videos on how to put them in thx please answer ASAP! K, I could never figure out why our dishwasher did a junky job cleaning dishes. I have been buying organic dishwasher detergent for years. Well, I decided just once to buy non-organic. Cascade actually. 1/2 the price, and twice as big! Anyways, it TOTALLY washes my dishes. Works SOOOO well. Problem is, it smells like a chemical bomb when it's washing them, and when I take out the dishes they smell like that too, especially all my daughters plastic cups. I have to decide between 1) really clean dishes that may be harmful to our health or 2) not clean dishes that cost a heck uva lot more. Anyone out there find any organic products that work, or perhaps non-organic that is maybe not so chemically bad?
