has anyone got any unusual phobias i have one that seems to be on my mind all the time but i am too frightened to tell any one about it because if i ask my psychiatrist i think he will say face your fear and i dont think i will be able to do that without hurting people, you see i am absolutely terrified if people with burns on there faces, or birth marks or dsifigurements i have been like this ever since my mum said something to me when i was young and now if i see anyone with this my face gets flushed and i get a panic attack i am on medication for depression, post traumatic stress disorder but at the moment it seems to be this that is taking over my life, people might think it is me being cruel to these people who obviously have to live like this and it is absolutely not true i have the greatest respect for these people i am just terrified of it , i hope someone can help me thank you very much

rash, that stays for a day or so . He thinks it might be viral or bacterial, whatever it is PLEASE help. It's very sad to see him this way because his face looks like monkey butts at the zoo. Thank you. I hope you have an answer.

im in the swim team and i need to practice for an upcoming swim meet. i would usually skip practice wen i got my period. but this time my period came in on the wrong time and i have never used a tampon before. is it hard? dus it hurt to put it on? dont you have to pull it out when its used up? dusnt it hurt to pull it out?

yeah, i know I sound a little retarded but its starting to worry me..i wont maintain an average weight. it litterally scares me. I've been cutting back calories. ALOT, I'm getting really shaky. I'm starting to forget about friends and worry more about weight. right now my weight (a little below healthy) is killing me. And eating freaks me out...if i eat to much. i hate myself. i wont tell my parents. not gonna do that to them. and i dont know how to say that i dotn eat right. i already have to deal with lying to them about eating because i dont know what else to say...help? or at least tell me if im okay.

Well tonight I'm goin out with a guy who I am interested in and hes interested in me.. We have hung out one time before just him and I.. WEll I have social anxiety but I got on meds for it like 3 weeks ago.. I feel a change but I never go out because i feel that I act strange.. Like were goin out tonight I wanna have fun, his friends r gonna be there but I dont wanna act like a dweeb and have nothing to say. I just wanna go out and act normal and have a good time.. How should I act? Because when I go out I usually am quiet and shy. But to me its strange.. Cuz I dont wanna not talk but I dont wanna be a jabberjaw and make them like WTF..u kno..And I dont wanna have to worry about being up his a ss because after were goin to a party... Please Help!! And were goin out in 3 hrs and I dont wanna cancel plans..I just wanna act normal..

I was a virgin met this guy who tried everything possible to get me.I warned him and told him I was not interested and leave me alone finally one night he came over playing around one thing lead to another and he raped me.He asked for forgiveness and promised he will always be by my side I I amasked him to leave but he chose to stay.After staying away for a month he walks into my life and tell me it is over because he got a better woman who satisfy him.I feel like killing this guy or doing something nasty.Any advice.I am a girl. I love the fact theat the wellbutrin has no side affects, but I've been on it for 4 years now and I don't think it's working anymore. I tried effexor first and it helped but I had terrible side affects, and withdrawl symptoms when I switched to wellbutrin. Now the depression is back, but I am also having anxiety again too. Can anyone reccomend anything that helps with anxiety and depression but doesn't have too many side affects or withdrawls if you forget to take it? I'm pretty sensitive to meds. I took one pill of zoloft that my dr wanted me to try and I felt flu like symptoms, jaw clenching, I was restless, couldn't sleep, and I even felt like I was on speed or something. I'm NOT going to take another, I didn't like it at all. I need to find something that will help me but I'm scared to try different ones because I don't want to feel bad. Help, please.. thanks.

My surgery was over 6hrs. and I had L4-L3,L3-L2 fused with laminectomies. Since then my neck and shoulder pain(I had previous discomfort) is very bad. I've heard the table used for the surgery can cause these problems. My hands are clumsy and weak also.Surgery was 4mo's. ago.

I'm 16 years old and i want to go on the pill but not for sexual reasons. i have extremely heavy long periods and really bad cramps in my stomach legs and back that are so bad the make me throw up. how can i convince my mom??? i've tried and she just says deal with it i did a 16 year old does not need to go on the pill. please help!!!!!

During the course of a day I have the experience of my foot becoming very hot and then cooling down - this occurs reapeatedly. The sensation has occurred daily for the last week, and now seems to have shifted to a lesser exent to my knee...

When I was 18 years old one night I went out with my friends and somebody in the discotheque drugged me with LSD. It was horrible. I went straight to the hospital and was unconcious for a while. Today I am 33 years old and have suffered from depression, anxiety and panic attacks for 5 years. I have heard that these mental illnesses are caused by an imbalance in brain neurotrasmiters. Can that one time (of being drugged with LSD) caused this imbalance. How long does LSD stay in your system (body)? Does LSD affect brain neurotrasmiters?

I am 19 years old. I weight 112 and i'm 5' 6" i'm also a female. I would like to know if I should gain weight. I'm afraid to because all my friends say I should but they are all bigger.
