For Dinner I had A Bowl of Lettuce with Catalina dressings which was about 120 calories, Three mini pickles which was 5 calories.I also had a hotdog with mustard and ketchup and that was 250 calories. IS THIS TOO MUCH,TOO LESS OR JUST RIGHT?

Good point about the hotdog. But what is something I could eat instead of it next time for dinner?

It sounds like the right amount of calories, but I wouldn't recommend the hot dog. They say eat the most calories at breakfast, then lunch, then dinner. As I've heard people say on here, "Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper." You don't have to worry about your calorie intake so much as long as you're eating healthy.

Its an OK amount of calories. Depending on your caloric intake for the day it may be a little low but dinner should be lower than your other meals for the day. Your calories can be a lot better spent on something other than a hot dog though.

not enough. try adding a smoothie or something to add some needed nutrients and minerals that improve the immune system and stuff. you will notice the difference! it also gives energy to exercise to burn calories. hope this helped
