Limit calorie intake, if your belly is where you hold all of your weight it will probably be the last place you lose it.(I know I'm that way!) Walking is great, but other than that, because of your medical history I would consult with your doctor before doing anything more vigorous. I've found that riding a stationary bike works my abs without me even realizing it, should you get the medical OK...good luck, no more surgeries!

A stomach ulcer is a place in the stomach where the skin has been worn down some. The area is no longer protected so stomach acid is getting into the raw skin.
