im about to fall asleep, and i feel as if im dreaming...then in my dream, i trip and fall, and i twitch and wake up, why? does this happen to you?

I think it is because you aren't fully unconscious so it is like a reflex, it happens to me quite abit

Oh yeah, it always happens to me. Don't worry though, it's common. At least everyone you know has probably had the same problem as you. But you probably ave done that during REM sleep. It causes vivid dreams, which can, even if you don't know it, make you move. During REM sleep, your breathing is faster, heart beats more rapidly, and you limb muscles don't move. yes, it happens every night to me. when i have a nightmare, i scream in the dream then i wake up. its probably the "answer" to your fall.

Sounds like you're going through drug withdrawl. Take sedatives.

sleep is the closest you come to death your brain jerks your body becaus0e it thinks your dead. it does that to make sure your alive.
