Both tanning in the sun and in a sunbed cause premature aging.

When you get a tan, you are damaging your skin. The more time you spend tanning, the more damage done. This can not only cause skin cancer, but also premature skin aging. Tanning and smoking are the main causes of premature aging, so unless you want to spend lots of $$$ on skin care later in life, you should stay out of the sun and only use fake tans. (And don't smoke either!)

Yes, definately! Any kind of sun exposure will cause you to age in appearance, however you will not really start to notice this until you are older. Sun spots are very common from too much sun exposure. They can often appear on your face even. Natural sun light is ALWAYS better than tanning beds. If you must have a tan during the winter, try instant tanning lotions. Also, to help prevent appearance aging and sun spots, it is VERY important to use sun screen of at least spf 25 throughout the summer.

Yes all exposure to sun outside and beds will cause premature ageing and could also cause skin cancer. Stay off sunbeds altogether, and use high factor creams allways when outdoors.
