Yep. Sounds like your shoes are too small. I've never had a pair of runners give me blisters. The only shoes that give me problems are sandals and dress shoes, some casual shoes. Because they usually need to be broken in.

You should stop wearing shoes right now to prevent futher damage. If you should play blasketball make sure to take the shoes off right away. Then see your doctor to clear up the problem.
