You need to see what is triggering your anxiety attacks. Also, you need to see a doctor and perhaps he/she can prescribe you with some medication that will help ease your stress. You can also try techniques like breathing or exercise that will help take your mind off of what is stressing you in the first place.

I've been there and it's mind over matter...it can be a bit difficult until you figure out exactly what is making you freak out.

When this happens, maybe you need to take a break from what you are doing or what you around at that time. Try going for a walk or just step outside for some sunshine.

talk to your family doctor or ob/gyn. they can prescribe meds that will make you feel alive again. I suffered for a while until I found help in zoloft. I didn't like to leave my house, I hated stores/restaurants, I had attacks at all times day and night. I would feel dizzy and faint. After one week of being medicated, I began to feel a calmness. At first I felt like nothing bothered me - almost way too calm, but my body adjusted and now I feel fine. Sure, a few stressed out days every once in a while, but I am able to enjoy my life again. Please see a doctor who can work out some type of plan for you. In the meantime, when you feel an attack coming on, you might want to consider physical exercise or intense cleaning. It seems to really help with the feelings of "needing to move".

maybe... who knows. Just try and breathe and calm down... what are you so anxious of anyway? Right?
