Hi I used it over a year ago, it was okay but nothing great. I did lose a little weight but not enough for what I paid out. I now use the herbalife system and it is so much better, not only do you lose weight quickly but the inches drop off too. if you want to lose weight, improve your health generally, and have more energy then getting some nutritional help is vital. Once your body starts to absorb the right nutrients and vitamins and protein then you’ll be amazed how quickly you will feel the difference, usually within the first 48 hours if you get the right supplements and help. I had no energy and felt just generally rotten all round so I sought the advice of a nutritional coach (whose advice was FREE) and got myself some great products, I even got free samples before I got started so I could see just how good they were!! There is a mall area as well that’s got some great info and its all set out with easy to follow headings so you can find what you want. It’s so easy and the stuff they have is excellent. Slim Fast does work indeed. Be sure to balance with exercise and drinking lots of water. Don't rely solely on the Slim Fast to 'do the work' for you. Also you may wish to try adding some diet cookies to your shake.

They reason why they work is because they replace a meal, so all you do is drink Slim-Fast instead of eat lunch.
So yeah, if you keep your calories down in other meals, they will work.
I don't like the fad diets but this one actually uses common sense!
I prefer a regular diet to remain healthy, though.

Yes, but if you really want to see a difference do exercises also.
I mean build up to do an hour 3 to 5 times a week. I am on slimfast now because I gain weight in the winter and want to be ready for summer.

It is okay but it's not going to get rid of fat overnight; it takes some time and a low calorie diet too.

my mother did and she got great results but you have to exercise too just to get rid of butt fat.

I did with a lot of gas for a while...lost 25
gained all back in ayear...don't do it
