I smoke shisha (hubbly-bubbly / hookah / nargile) for about an hour, then about 10 minutes later I have a really bad migrane, and it feels as if my head is empty...why is this and how do you prevent this from happening?

I currently have a UTI and I really would like to avoid taking antibiotics because I have problems with them. It has not progressed to a really bad stage. There's burning when I'm almost done peeing and a slight feverish feeling.

Does D-Mannose work CURRENTLY for a UTI? Should I be taking Vitamin C tablets or cranberry pills? Is it okay to take both at the same time?

I've had a cough for about 2 months now. I went to the doctors a month ago and they said it was nothing. The other day, I developed a pain in my side. I looked in the mirror and my 10th rib was visible on the left, but the rib was no longer visible on the right (it usually is). When I sit down, it feels like somebody's poking their finger into my ribs. It's painful to touch that area, move, cough, sneeze. There's a small bump just above the painful area that moves around a bit when I touch it. The bump isn't painful, but below it is. I went to the doctor the day after the pain started and they said it was nothing and gave me an inhaler for my cough. They didn't do an xray because they said I probably just hurt a muscle coughing. I'm sure it's not nothing. Can anybody help?

I ran out of my prescription, missed two days, and can't get more for another day. I am feeling dizzy and am wondering if I should worry about any other withdrawal side effects happening.

Okayy well I'm 12 1/2 and I weight about 110 pounds. I am like 5'3. I dont think that I'm fat but I do think i need to do something. My arms are like twig thin, but my stomach gains all the weight. Like my stomach looks like im getting pregnant. [potbelly] I want to be able to wear a bikini during the summer which is coming soon. And think i look good while wearing it. I don't know what's going on. I have irregular periods, horrible acne, and really oily hair. I think it could be a hormonal change, but I'm 20. I thought I was done with adolesence. I'm a virgin, so I can't be pregnant. And I already take birth control for my periods (but it is a very low dose). Should I get a higher dose of birth control. Please help. I'm getting worried.

I have a quick question about Relacore. I called my pharmacist and asked him if Relacore will interact with my bc pills. He said that he hasnt heard that it has and hasnt had any complaints. Well, I looked up panax ginseng which is in relacore and it said that that ingredient did interact with them. Does anyone know for sure if you can take Relacore with bc pills? I would love to take them but I do not want to get pregnant. Please let me know. Thanks. Courtney

I’m in my early thirties and was diagnosed by two dentists (even though I trust my dentist, I always seek a second opinion) with amelogenesis imperfecta, night time bruxism and decreased vertical dimension.
Since I have a very demanding job and cannot see my dentist for more than half an hour every week at most, my treatment has been going on for years.
I brush my teeth after every single meal, I floss and have my teeth professionally cleaned every year, so hygiene is not an issue for me.
I’ve had root canal treatment done to more than half of my teeth, sometimes because I crack them on my sleep (my dentist makes me use a mouth guard now), sometimes because my pulp starts to expose due to my amelogenesis or bruxism, sometimes because my teeth get abscessed.
My dentist says I don’t need to get root canal treatment in all of my teeth, even though he is going to increase my bite by 1 mm on my lower teeth and 1 mm on my upper ones.
* Is this fine or do I need root canal treatment in all of my teeth before I get the crowns to elevate my bite?
My treatment will consist of a few more root canals on three very sensitive teeth, posts in all of the teeth that have had root canal treatment, porcelain crowns (reinforced with metal) in every single tooth (which will increase my bite) and finally a mouth guard to use at night.
* Does the treatment sound fine?
Since it will cost a lot, I just want to do it once and get it done as good as it can be done.
* Will the new crowns break because of my bruxism and lack of vertical dimension?
* Is 2 mm total of elevation on my bite a lot?
* Is this the best treatment?
My dentist wants to prepare my whole mouth in two sessions. First session upper and lower back teeth and second session the front ones.
* Is this how it’s done, and am I going to be able to eat and talk well?
My dad has teeth as weak as mine and now has a denture, and I don’t want that to happen to me.

I take ritalin for ADHD (inattentive) and some days i feel it works really well but other days i feel like crap. How do I know if i am on the correct dose?

Also, i have noticed that it works better when i drink a diet coke with it, but again, not all of the time. What gives?.. i never know when i am going to feel good and when my mood is going to crash. HELP!!

About 2 weeks ago my eye felt like i had something in it so i went to the school nurse where she rinsed my eye with eye drops. It stopped bothering me for about a week then i began waking up with it a little sore and puffy. Then about 3 days ago it began aching when i touched around my bottom eyelashes. Then this morning i woke up and hurt alot and was pretty puffy and about an hour later i was looking at it and it looks like a white stye except about 4 times bigger and i was pulling off some sort of a mucous from it. I'm about to go out with my friends and i don't know what to do excpecially seeing as i didn't even where makeup to work but i need to put it on now:(

I have been having left shoulder pain all the way to my hand . I have the surgery on my albow back in 2003 i have the pinch nerves on my albow and he move it over to the other side of my albow and now i am having trouble with my shoulder and going to my hand ...
