I am getting married in Sept, and need to drop 30 lbs. I watch what I eat and try to go to the gym as much as I can. I have a very demanding career and it is hard to find time everyday to work out. Is there a dietary supplement or program that would work well to help me acheive my goal with my busy lifestyle?

based on the information that you have provided in order to be successful you MUST give 100% effort to your diet. there are no miracle diets. you need to count calories and eat mainly whole foods that have not been processed. you need to consume mainly low GI carbohydrates like lentils, barley, oats, beans, etc. and eat plenty of protein from eggs, fish, meat/poultry and seafood. you should aim for 30 grams of fiber daily and eat all the vegetables that you can. at least 20% of your daily calories should be derived from fats with the majority of these being unsaturated (olive oil, etc.).

40% of your calories from protein, 40% from carbs and 20% from fats. go to the website below to determine your caloric intake for your current level of activity and body composition. reduce those calories by 500 a day to initiate fat loss of 1 lb a week. monitor the body fat to make adjustments in the diet.

If I were you I would do the following: Cut out all alcohol Cut out carbs - only 1 serving of carbs per day (cheerios or whole wheat bread) Only 1% milk Cut portions of food - no seconds Don't skip meals Eat lots of salads and cut out the beef, pork and lamb Eat only chicken & fish No cookies, cake Eat fruit, diet jello, and angel cake on Sunday as a treat Take a walk for about 1/2 hour every day on your lunch hour No junk food at all If you cannot cook yourself a meal, go to Boston chicken and order baked chicken, hold the potatoes, and two veggies and a salad for dinner or open a can of Tuna Albacore in water, make a salad or order a salad at any salad bar to take home and add tuna and a squeeze of lemon then have a piece of fresh fruit and tea or selzer. That's it...I guarantee you will lose 20 lbs in 3 months if you stick to this diet. No diet soda..drink only selzer and water

Hi,

The best way is to do a detox.

I lost 30 lbs within 2 months doing a detox. And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.wo, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out and help your body start to accept water.

Most impt, when you do a detox, you will also add radiance to your skin and ensure tat you look really radiant on tat special day!

And that's it.

The rest is up to you.

So what do you think? ;)

Weight Watchers is the #1 healthy way to go. My son in law lost 20 pounds with nutra system but began to gain it back after the wedding.
