how much fat will i burn by walking 45min-an hour? not running or jogging just walking and will it help burn the fat over my abs? Thanks

you can't spot reduce fat stores. walking will help to create a greater caloric deficit for fat loss however it wil have no direct effect on losing fat in the abdominal region, genetics determines where fat is burned first and last. exercise has no effect on that.

this depends on your weight and walking speed, ballpark 300-400 calories, the first 20 minutes or so you are burning glycogen, after that you start to burn some fat.
