std question....?

what std typically has these symptoms.... my friends gums are bleeding and he has some blood in his urine.. we assumed it was chlymidia but we did some research and i haven found anything about bleeding gums... any ideas?

I'm a nurse. In order to be properly diagnosed your friend has to see a doctor. It sounds like a parasite or even something viral (meaning serious).

Blood in his urine could be a bladder infection, a kidney infection or any number of things. Not necessarily an STD. Bleeding gums might just be bad oral hygene. Your friend should go to the doctor and start wearing condoms. He might have gotten lucky this time. It might be something minor, but his fear to find out could allow enough time for it to become severe...

one can assume from the question, that your friend has made the choice not to use condoms. this is a very stupid decision.
bleeding gums are generally a sign of gingivitis. this means that your friend doesn't clean his teeth and mouth well. this is not a surprise as he f**ks without a raincoat. he is not very concerned about his health in general.
the blood in his urine could be a kidney stone or bladder infection.
does your friend wash his hands after he sh**s?

I hate to break the news to u but a sign of laserasions in the mouth or bleeding gums is a sign of the HIV virus .....GET TESTED IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

it myt b herpes or ghonnerhia....or mayb ur friend is real sick and hes dying...go to the doctor ASAP!!!
