Relacore and Birth Control Pills?

I have a quick question about Relacore. I called my pharmacist and asked him if Relacore will interact with my bc pills. He said that he hasnt heard that it has and hasnt had any complaints. Well, I looked up panax ginseng which is in relacore and it said that that ingredient did interact with them. Does anyone know for sure if you can take Relacore with bc pills? I would love to take them but I do not want to get pregnant. Please let me know. Thanks. Courtney

Standard recommendation is for one to not take any supplements with prescription drugs. The only evidence of interactions for most herbals is anecdotal. It is just better to be safe than sorry.
