Yes, you will just walk slower. Human feet are designed so that the big toe provides most of the thrust. You would also probably have to work on your balance for a while too.

I had an uncle that walked after having his big toe amputated. I recall him using a cane thought.

yes u can still walk but it will not be as easy.
