Yeh i think its normal ..
and i know a few people that do it .. My ex called his Kirk and everytime i hear that name i have a little giggle, its nothing bad just reminds me about all the good times we had ..
I think it can spice up a relationship too, thats if you like talking during sex or for foreplay!
Call him what ever you want!
Haha my ex still called it what we called it with his g/fs after me and because we stayed good friends i knew what they were talking about .. Mind you they all hit the roof when they found out i named it and he still uses it!

I have heard several people naming their penis.
My wife's (Ann) 1st husband was a loud-mouth know-it all with a very short penis which he had problems getting up.
I'm very quiet. I do not have a short penis. And my wife has been known to tell me "just let me have a day off".
As a private joke about her ex-husband, Ann calls my penis Shorty (and we both just laugh at her ex-husband).

Naming it makes it seem like it isn't part of you, so, no, I don't think it's normal. I want mine to stay attached to my body and not go off and start doing things on its own independently. You name a dog or cat--you don't name your feet or ears.
