I need to know what vegetables are starches, the client I take care of is a diabetic and I need to know what the starchy veggies are so that I don't send his blood sugar through the roof. And also, what are foods that contain carbohydrates.

The past couple of weeks I have been extremely thirsty. In some days I remember drinking nearly a gallon and a half of water just in 24 hours. I sometimes wake up extremely thirsty and need to drink 2-3 glasses of water. As a matter of fact, im drinking yet another bottle of water right now. I usaully drink just water, but I drink Gatordade too. I hope there aren't any serious health problems. Could there be something wrong? If so, what could it be?

I read that it takes away the pain faster and you get high. I've had all these surgeries and I am 14 years old. My next surgery is in a few months. I had surrgery last month, and the pain is killing me. He gave me morphene, but it wasn't strong eenough. I've been given percriptions for oxycodone on and off for 4 years, (i've had 5 surgeries in 4 years, my first was when I was 11) dso i've built up a tolerence to it. So I took some last night, and I have a doctors appointment coming up soon. How long is it going to take for the oxycodone to work it's way out of my system. All I did was want the pain to stop.

i have 21 yrs old friend who is 8 mos and 2 weeks pregnant who was diagnosed that she have T-vaginalis (6-8) when she undergo urinalysis..does it means she has STD? what treatment she will take? she will deliver her baby anytime from now...and she get worried the baby will be infected as well if she deliver it normally..cud it be possible? how long will it takes to cure an infection..she has also UTI how can she wil be sure the baby is safe? need help from the expert plz! thank you!!

i'm 130 pounds and today i had 6 over the counter sleeping pills with 50mg each, so thats 300mg all together...
it just made me wonder how many is too many.

Pan fried foods give me no problem...it's only deep-fired food I get migrane headaches. Whether it's KFC, tempura, egg rolls, lumpia.....my head starts pounding after 45 mins. Funny thing is that only french fries doesn't give me any problems even though it's fried.

Are these headaches normal? Am I allergic to the oil?
