You can eat it all you want. It just depends on how sick you want to be and how much of your day you want to spend in the bathroom.

A person who is lactose intolerant can eat dairy products. However, when they do, they can expect some degree of discomfort the next day. These symptoms can be mitigated to some degree by taking a supplement like acidophilus or the a more commercially recognized product like Dairy Ease. But this does bring up another point. Has the person actually been diagnosed as lactose intolerant by a doctor. There are a number of conditions, like irritable bowel syndrome, that can produce similar symptoms. I would have to dig back through my old issues of Men's Health to find more information. The thing you have to remember about lactose intolerance is it's not the same thing as a food allergy. A person who is lactose intolerant simply lacks the enzymes the body needs to break down lactose. Although the condition can cause discomfort, it is not life threatening.

Some lactose intolerant people can and some can't. I personally can eat cheese, yogert and sometimes cottage cheese without symptoms of lactose intolerence. I also find that how tired I am and if I have other food in my stomach makes a difference in how I deal with lactose.
I always carry those Lactaid Pills, they work great.

Every person who is Lactose Intolerant has got a different Intolerance level.
Some can eat a little cheese and others cannot eat any dairy products, period!!
To be safe, just stay away from dairy products all together.

Yes you can- if you eat it without taking a lactose product to help digest the lactose, such as Lactaid. then it will cause some sort of allergic reaction.

you can but it'll mess with you eat it straight or eat a bunch of it. I found that putting it with other foods usually solves the problems of being intolerant
