The best thing you can do for your skin is to eat healthy foods and drink plenty of water. Use a sunscreen when going out in the sun. Don't sunbathe or use a tanning bed.

Take care of your body from the inside out. If you eat and drink healthy, your skin will benefit and you shouldn't need supplements.

I'm a R.N. and like to use a cocoa butter formula with vitamin E. Also creams with aloe in them are very healthy for the skin. If one has a specific skin condition including dryness, itchiness, wrinkles, rashes, etc. there are numerous dermatology products on the market for these specific symptoms. Good luck to you.
