yes yes yes you sure can...although not as common as regular sex it is still extremely risky...if you have a sore in your mouth or if someone has a sore on their genitals ( maybe cant see it in your mouth or on them) you can get HIV this way...be safe..they dont make mouth condoms for nothing..
