There is something wrong with my skin. Maybe about 3-4 months ago, my skin started to have scars when i scratched on that particular area, mostly areas stretching from the back of my palm to my arm. I'm not sure whether its the hot weather or something that caused it, because sometimes when i felt hot and scratched, the scars appear, sometimes it doesnt feel hot but when i scratched, the scars are there too. The good thing is that the scars disappear about 1-2 hours later, but i'm so worried to be seen as a freak or someone with a disease because the scars are really visible when it appears(example, if i were to scratch the back of my palm, the scars appear exactly the same as the way i scratched it. I can even feel the bump over the scars when it appear, hope you understand.) The only thing that i've noticed but i can't confirmed whether it is the right thing, is that whenever i see dots like goosebumps appear, the scars will appear when i scratched them

I had fever for 4 days, up to 39.8°C and it subdue 4 days ago and now I have a sharp pain at the lower rib when i fully inhale. If I were to walk down a flight of stairs, it's hurt like needles but at the right lower ribs. Is there anything I should be worry about?Sometimes i develop dizziness for a short period of time. All these had never happened to me before the fever. Please Advise.

and boils and lacerations and pock marks and theread veins and hairs all over my face my forehead is square and my nose is flat like a pig i have blaack heads and white spots all over my face and i have alopecia of the hair my chin is of that of a man an iron jaw and by cheeks are fat and uneven my eyebrows are bushy and meet in the middle and i have weeping sores all on my facial area that crusts over my skin is of a crepey appearanece and my lips are uneven and encrusted with cold sores and blood i have an indentation on my forehead my eyesa are cross eyed and blood shot and my skin tone is red , my forehead is like a mans and even the inside of my mouth is enflicted with cuts where i bite my self in my sleep due to my teeth being too large for my mouth and i feel as though somebody has thrown acid at my face

I have recently been to the gp and he prescribed me with proxac as I have been suffering with depression for 10 years. i have been resistant to taking any medication and have tried all kins of remedies such as St Johns Wort, Bach remedy, aromatherapy, vitamins etc. but I ththought I would give prozac a go..I was not prpared for the bad feelings that came with it!!!I felt positively suicidal...is this normal? I stopped taking the meds, went back to doctor, and she said for me to keep taking them. I haven't because I am scared of the effects. Now I am left with a very dark, uneasy feeling inside, and I don't know what to do about it...Has anyone else suffered with this? and can anyone suggest anything that may help?

I tried Perfectil before. As far as I remember it was fairly good but it is a little expensive for my current budget. I want a general multivitamin/minerals supplement as well as trying to get them from my diet. I have whiteheads on my forehead making it a bit bumpy and tendency to get spots and whitehead on my chin. It's not that noticeable when I wear make up but it bothers me.
Any recommendations for supplements aimed at skin health?

I had 4 sinus infections in October, November, & December. Each time I went to an internal medicine doctor. I was given penicillin for the infection and took antihistamine tablets.The infections went away, but my sinuses were still bad. In January, I went to an allergist to make sure I wasn't allergic to something. I had an allergy test on my back and on my arm. I'm not allergic to anything. I had a cat scan on my head. The allergist showed me on my xray that the sinus cavities behind my nose are 3/4 filled with fluid. She said I have sinusitis. I was given a prescription & nasil spray. Three weeks later, I went to the allergist for a follow up and my sinuses were still bad. She gave me a second nasil spray & told me if it doesn't work, come back again for a follow up. She said that maybe I should see an ear nose and throat doctor. Is that the type of doctor I should see next? Should I go back to the allergist for a follow up? What type of doctor should I go to for sinusitis?

Im 15 and started working out last year. I see a lot of people who have VERY LITTLE fat around their muscles, but I've read that if you diet to lose fat, you may also lose muscle mass/strength/tone...is that TRUE? And if so, how do I lose fat and still KEEP my muslce.??

I just turned 15, I AM MALE, but my nipples have been enlarged since I was about 12. So, I went on a diet, lost about 30 pounds, but they are STILL large. About the size of a quarter, but they stick out around 1/2 inch...and they're puffy...they don't hurt, but it feels like theres fluid in there..any ideas of how to get rid of that problem???

Jeanne Calment is 122+ and she has always smoked and drunk red wine.....so could it be that the 2 habits even each other out medically speaking?

Why does it seem that people who give up smoking get disease whilst those who NEVER quit seem to stay fairly healthy? Just looking at the oldest people on earth and most of them seem to be smokers.....
