true for me...hope it's not true for you, but then it's good to isolate the issue. anyway, even if 95% of the respondents say false, if you find that the same thing happens every time...it's probably true in your case...

I love and eat chocolate all the time and I have a clear compelxion. I don't believe that to be true at all. People like to
blame it on something though.

As you know, there's a lot of sugar in chocolate. By eating much chocolate, you supply your body much carbon hydrate, which gives you energy through the process of respiration. The surplus energy causes pimples and acne.

No, its not true. Pimples arent directly connected to anything you eat. Like chocolate or greasy foods. However- if that is ALL you eat then you can have relatively bad skin. If you eat well, then your body will show it.

It might be a reaction to the fat or sugar or something in the chocolate, but generally speaking, most people don't see any changes when they eat chocolate. It's another food myth.

I think it all depends on what type of chocolate you eat.
I mean... is it those chocolate candy bars or a 64% pure chocolate bar?
The higher the % of cacao the healtier it is.
The problem with normal candy bars is that they have little chocolate in them and a lot of sugar and fat.
Personally, I often eat 70% pure chocolate bars and I never had a pimple because of it, and it's soooo much better.

in case you have some hypersensitivity to chocolate, then you definately will on the instant or quickly after ingesting them, have a average to severe reaction to them. zits are manifested because of the fact of reactions to diverse ingredients, too lots sugar, regardless of nutrition combines with the different, or maybe some hereditary issues. save the exterior of the floor cleansed many times with non-alkaline products like Ivory, foundation, and Tone. this would assist you a great deal in "knocking out" zits. bear in concepts this, What shall we then say to those issues? If GOD be for us, who would be against us? - Romans 8:31. The Lord each and every day loadeth us with advantages, even the God of our salvation. - Psalm sixty 8:19. - Peace, Love and God Bless.

same with me. theoretically, chocolate does not affect your face. soda messes me up. i do not drink it. as long as you clean your face with warm water often, you should be fine.
