I just turned 15, I AM MALE, but my nipples have been enlarged since I was about 12. So, I went on a diet, lost about 30 pounds, but they are STILL large. About the size of a quarter, but they stick out around 1/2 inch...and they're puffy...they don't hurt, but it feels like theres fluid in there..any ideas of how to get rid of that problem???

Many guys go through a temporary imbalance of hormones (yes, we have both male and female hormones in our bodies) that lasts for a few months/years during puberty. My advice would be to just continue working on your fitness, and it may get better later on. Mine got better by 17, and if that doesn't come true, then you can talk to a doctor about your options. Only in few guys are they "permanent" but fixable.

It's a normal and natural reaction to puberty. They should start becoming smaller any time now, but also your whole body should start becoming bigger any time now, so everything will compensate.
Being active in any sport will help your body develop it's full natural healthy normal potential.

I had t!ts at 12. When I finally lost all of my extra weight at about 17, my t!ts dissapeared. Lifting weights (just to tone yourself) will help as well.

Nothing is wrong, just that you are getting matured and you are still going to experience more of that in other parts of your body.

wear a bra ,
sit in the fridge ,
see a doctor
what were you thinking
you cant just alter parts of your body unless you were planning plastic surgery ,this would be unbelieveably painfull ,nipples on anybody are very sensitive
live with it
maybe later in life you will find reasons to apreciate what you got
