You could have appendicitis. Get to the emergency room immediately.

I had appendicitis about 5 months ago. It started with a sharp pain in my lower rib (when I inhaled), I then started throwing up and getting a fever. Then the pain spiked to a 10 out of 10. I had to go to the hospital in an ambulance. By the time they looked at me the appendix had burst and I was rushed to surgery.

In some cases the pain may subside following the appendix bursting. It doesn't mean that you are in the clear - it just means that the pressure/inflammed appendix has relieved itself and now all the nasty poisons are sitting in your gut. If you wait to long to go to the hospital you could die.

Go to the hospital immediately. Do not go to work, do not go to sleep, go to the hospital.

Some possibilities (among many) Could be a kidney stone (minor problem), or it could be an appendix infection- BIG PROBLEM. If it ruptures, you could die. In a matter of days.

If you've had a fever, your body has been fighting it.

Please mate, for your own sake, tell someone you know you are going to the hospital, and then go.

have you seen your doctor or been to the local ER? Have you eaten anything, what about drinking? If you have not eaten or had anything to drink it may explain your dizziness, but I'd recommend you at least phone your doctor and describe your symptoms. Unfortunately it is not possible to diagnose anything here.. Good luck, take care of yourself.
