It's your Glutes. Glutemus Maximus. I.e. the muscles in your upper leg/hip that do the heavy lifting. Think about doing squats in the gym- Which one can you do the most weight with? Using your legs, (primarily your glutes) even the average person can do twice their body-weight. Just think about it the next time you try and move a heavy package or box, or couch. What muscles are you using? Your legs. The phrase, 'lift with your legs' was coined for a reason. Hope this helps.
